A Pre-Test can Ease Your Nerves
To maximise your chances of passing your test Dublin North Driving School instructors recommend that you take a pre-test lesson.
A pre-test is essentially a dry run of the real driving test. It is best done close enough to the actual date to retain the benefit of the lesson, but not too close so you have time to practice any issues identified. The pre-test can help with your nerves as you've already tackled the course (or something similar), you've addressed the various parts of the test, and you've had practice. Know your theory, and practice to give you the best chance of passing.
Your Mistakes In Pre-Test Are a Plus
Its easy to spook yourself and be nervy around your driving test. However, remember you DO NOT have to be perfect to pass, and we'll tackle that in another post, just remember you have to do the best you can.
The pre-test can identify potential weaknesses in your driving style and so give you an opportunity to work on these. Whether its days, or hours before the test, practice can be the difference between passing and having to repeat.
