North Dublin Driving School Terms and Conditions

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or change the date or time of your lesson. This ensures we have time to rebook someone into that time slot. In the event that you fail to provide such notice the lesson fee will still be due for payment.
• Pupils taking driving lessons must have a valid EU licence or Irish learner permit at the time of taking driving lessons. A Theory Test Certificate is not a learner permit and is not acceptable.
• No refunds will be allocated on partially completed block booked and gift voucher packages.
• Lessons are none-transferable and can only be used by the pupil booked on the driving lesson.
• All driving lesson(s) and/or vouchers purchased must be started/redeemed within 6 months of  date of purchase. Otherwise, after 6 months there will be no refund on any remaining unused driving lessons.
• The Essential Driver Training (EDT) is made up of twelve stages of learner driver training. Pupils are required to have done specific practice before each EDT lesson can take place. For more information visit www.rsa.ie.
• If upon arrival for a lesson, your North Dublin Driving School Instructor deems that a pupil is unfit to undertake the lesson due , for example, to the effects of drugs or alcohol, then the Instructor will NOT continue with the lesson, however the pupil will be liable for the full cost of the duration of the lesson period which they had book
